Our Promise

At Dear Kindness, our goal is simple: to deliver meaningful, uplifting letters that remind you that good still exists.

If you are ever dissatisfied, please reach out to us. Your experience matters to us, and we will do our best to make things right.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Letters)

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted by contacting us at:
Support@dearkindness.com

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

You are welcome to keep any letters already delivered.

Refunds are not issued automatically upon cancellation and must be requested.


Monthly Subscriptions (After 30 Days)

After the 30-day satisfaction period:

  • Refunds are not available for payments already processed.

  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

  • Letters already paid for will still be delivered.


Prepaid Subscriptions (If Offered)

If you purchase a prepaid subscription plan:

  • A prorated refund may be requested within 60 days of the original purchase date.

  • After 60 days, prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.

  • Any remaining paid letters will continue to be mailed to the address provided.


Damaged or Missing Mail

If your letter arrives damaged or you believe it was not delivered:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Dear Kindness is not responsible for delays, lost mail, or delivery issues caused by postal carriers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and up to date.


Returns

Due to the nature of printed mail products, we do not require physical returns of letters.

No returns are necessary for approved refunds.


Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account portal or by contacting support.

Cancellations must be made prior to your next billing date to prevent additional charges.
