Dear Kindness provides a twice-monthly letter subscription service delivering printed letters inspired by real acts of kindness. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Details

Your subscription includes:

• Two (2) printed letters per month

• Mailed to the shipping address provided at checkout

• Recurring monthly billing of $12.95

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled.

3. Billing & Payments

• Your payment method will be charged $12.95 on a recurring monthly basis.

• You authorize Dear Kindness to charge your payment method on file until cancellation.

• Failed payments may result in delayed or paused shipments.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with prior notice.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at Support@dearkindness.com.

Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

No partial refunds will be issued for letters already shipped.

5. Shipping

• Letters are mailed twice per month.

• Delivery times vary based on postal service operations.

• Dear Kindness is not responsible for postal delays, lost mail, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address updated.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of printed mail products, we do not accept returns.

If your shipment arrives damaged or not at all, please contact us within 14 days, and we will review your case.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All letters, designs, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Dear Kindness and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Stories submitted by contributors may be edited for clarity and publication. By submitting a story, contributors grant Dear Kindness the right to publish and distribute the content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dear Kindness is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers

• Errors caused by incorrect customer information

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
